Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.  If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department at 210-836-8843 or info@HowGreenIsYourBag.com.  A representative will issue you a "return authorization number" which is required to be sent in along with all returns.  All products are guaranteed for 90 days for defects.  You may return defective merchandise within 90 days for a repair or an exchange.

If you are not delighted with your Haute Market Bag purchase, you may return it with your receipt within 30 days for a full refund, credit or exchange.  Sorry, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.  In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping expenses.
